Our Experience
Latchworks spends a lot of time in the manufacturing space. We work with clients in food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, automotive parts, and chemical processing. Despite the differences between these verticals, we see many of the same challenges across the industry.
Manufacturing facilities tend to accumulate layers of systems over time. Those systems often don't communicate with each other, and sometimes they hold duplicate data that doesn't match up. We see some common themes:
